Woweee it's been a while..

This is the longest I have gone without a post.  Without the gym, seemed that there has not been the same learning (but has been new learning!) that I connect to this site.

Today, I just thought I would use this for my (new habit) of a journal.    And as it happens, I actually have been up to something new.

I started running Mar 4th (ish).   A Couch-to-5K app, a new pair a sneakers and I was off to the races.  (mostly walking... intervals with running).  A month later, and I can do a 5 minute stint (well, lets say 4...). 

I am grateful that I have this opportunity.  That I can make time for this.  That its starting to become a habit.
