Eat junk for 3 days; feel the wrath. My asthma is bugging me, and my gut hurts.
I knew it made a difference, but it's a lot easier to feel/see it this direction than it was the other.

There is a woman in the sauna with me. She is distractably naked and sweaty. Did I mention she's naked?
I am not prudish, but I've only ever seen that at spa saunas ....never here.
If this is going to be the new rage, I am gonna have to get waxed more often.....
This might be my fitness journey diary... but I have to say that I am really happy about my new job. I have this uber-energy about it, and am so delighted. Like the gym; it's arriving at just the right time for me.
Happy home, happy job, happy gym = happy girl.
Or, we gifted each other some time. Depends how you look at it.
J might leave. Even more worrisome; he might not take me with him. :( That sucks. Cause:
20 minutes trying to grind out my first (unassisted) pull-up. I achieved.... a very sore arm, and no chin up.
Our new fish oil supplement gives my husband orange burps. I cut one open, and indeed, it smells like oranges. nice touch.
But it does not work for me. Still reminiscent of sardines, with not even a hint of orange.
Damn that man.
I was going to try to do the gym every day in January... but might have to travel. So I am still going to TRY, but won't stress out if I don't make it. Typically it works out to 16-19 days a month. So January is better at 20+!
