To be fair, it does not do much. But what it does, it does very well. I have looked at (and even bought) a lot of weight lifiting apps, and have not found one I liked as much as this; and I think he'll continue to develop it (I sent in a bug note, and he personally replied, so... that's cool. And then he fixed it ASAP!) Anyway, it's a super easy way to enter your lifts. There are no analytics, but it can output to CSV, so you can do your own. It beats the heck out of an excel sheet....

I re-upped for personal training (again) ... and as I was signing the contract, I see that "Jeremiah" has put his name as "Jerimiah"....an I say (d'uh!)... "you spelled your name wrong." To which he replies, "um, no, that's how I spell it". And I guess he'd know.
NikeFuel showing my slowdown ..... Well, 2 days I just didn't even bother wearing it. The rest is me geared down. But a week and a bit of physio (I figured, why mess around?) I actually feel better than ever.This guy was amazing: PHYSIO It's been a few days since my last session, and I still feel great. Even when I went to that one.... I wasn't feeling like anything was sideways.
I still probably lost a month of progress on deadlifts and squats, which has me less than stoked. I am already a late bloomer and a slow progresser ....but I try to think that it's good for my character. So I've been lifting weights for about 11 months. And I haven't golfed for about a year....since the last MS charity tourney. I didn't get better.... in fact, we won "most honest team", I.e. worst score. That's never happened before. :) But a good day was had by all, and some serious money raised. And my drive was a bit better...and I can't expect lifting to improve my short game. Here we are at the 2nd hole. |
